Agreement and operator

These terms form an agreement between you and Tagalog Hero, the operator of tagaloghero.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Questions can be sent to echo.woodland.99@gmail.com.

The learning service

Tagalog Hero provides educational lessons, vocabulary practice, typing activities, listening support, adaptive review, and progress synchronization for learning Tagalog. Features and curriculum may change as the service is corrected and improved.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and old enough to enter this agreement under the law where you live. If you are not, a parent or guardian must review and authorize your use. Google Sign-In is currently required. Keep your account secure and do not allow another person to use it in a way that violates these terms.

Free access

Lessons, vocabulary practice, typing activities, listening exercises, and adaptive review are currently available without a paid membership. An account may still be required to save progress and use features that depend on synchronized learner data.

Cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds

Tagalog Hero no longer offers new paid memberships. If you previously started a recurring subscription, you can manage or cancel that existing billing arrangement from Profile. Cancelling billing does not remove access to the free learning service.

Some countries provide cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or digital-service conformity rights. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot legally be waived. Contact echo.woodland.99@gmail.com promptly if you believe an earlier charge was unauthorized or a statutory right applies.

Service changes

We may change service features over time and will provide notice when required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or another learner's account.
• Use automated systems to overload, scrape, resell, or reproduce substantial portions of the service.
• Reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Post spam, personal information, harassment, or unlawful material in the Idea Portal.

Idea Portal submissions

Signed-in learners may submit up to three ideas per day. Your idea and Google first name are visible to other signed-in learners. You retain ownership of your submission and give Tagalog Hero a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, moderate, and use it to evaluate or improve the service. You can request removal. We may remove submissions that violate these terms.

Educational results

Tagalog Hero is an educational tool, not a guarantee of fluency, certification, employment, academic credit, or a particular result. Language varies by speaker, region, context, and register. We work to keep lessons useful and accurate, but content may contain errors and may be corrected.

Content and ownership

The Tagalog Hero name, interface, curriculum, original text, artwork, audio, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to use the service for learning while your access is valid.

Third-party services and worldwide access

Google, Neon, Vercel, Stripe, Meta, and other providers support the service under their own terms. Optional Meta advertising measurement is controlled through the privacy choices described in our Privacy Policy. Payment methods, features, and availability may differ by country. You are responsible for following laws that apply to your use. We may restrict availability where providing the service would be unlawful or technically unsupported.

Availability and account action

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, non-payment, or misuse. You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion and membership cancellation are separate actions, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every learning goal. To the extent permitted by law, Tagalog Hero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, rights, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when required.
